The Israelites (better known as Hebrews) had a tough go at things in history. The were bossed around, moved around, and treated unfairly. Abraham was their leader, remember that guy?
First, why did the Hebrews (aka Israelites) leave Canaan?
Secondly, why did Moses (yeah, that guy you might have heard of in church) wander around in the desert for 40 years?
Oh, and why were the Israelites sent into exile? Those Assyrains were mean people....with their battering rams and armed charioters, but why EXILE someone? Gezzzzz!
